Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY At 101 Pet Parenting, every appointment is reserved specifically for you and your dog. Please review the following policies before booking. FREE INTRO & TOUR Your FREE Intro & Training Center Tour gives you the opportunity to visit the training center, meet your trainer, learn how the course works, and decide if 101 Pet Parenting is right for you and your dog. THERE IS NO COST OR OBLIGATION TO ENROLL. The FREE Intro & Tour is separate from—and does not count as one of your five Private Training Sessions. BOOKING YOUR SESSIONS The 101 Pet Parenting Course includes five (5) private 90-minute sessions. After your FREE Intro & Tour, you may book Session 1 and begin the course. For added flexibility: * Book your sessions in advance or one at a time. * Sessions do not need to be consecutive. * Practice between sessions and book your next appointment when you and your dog are ready. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS Need to change your appointment? No problem. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered a late cancellation. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Private appointments reserve dedicated training time specifically for you and your dog. A Private Training Session canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited and counted as a completed session. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows for the FREE Intro & Tour may affect your ability to reserve another appointment. Exceptions may be made for emergencies, severe weather, or other circumstances at the trainer's discretion. ARRIVING FOR YOUR SESSION Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin on time. If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time so the next client's appointment can begin as scheduled. REFUNDS Course fees become non-refundable once Session 2 begins. Missed sessions, no-shows, and late cancellations covered by this policy are not eligible for refunds, credits, or replacement sessions. IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE If I need to reschedule because of illness, severe weather, an emergency, or another unforeseen circumstance, your appointment will be moved Questions?
