This course schedule is designed with your convenience in mind, featuring a flexible class schedule that lets you book your next 4 classes all at once or as you go week by week.

Each week you'll have 3 different days and 5 time slots to choose from, making it super easy to fit into your busy life. Just log in to your 101 Team Training Course and book the class that works best for you!

With a limited number of spots available, be sure to grab your classes as early as you can! And don’t worry, you can always adjust your schedule later—up to 24 hours before your next class—if there’s still a spot open. I’m excited to get started! See you soon!

Full Refund Eligibility: 

  • Must attend Week 1 Class

  • Provide written notice no later than 24-hours prior to start of Week 2.

I'm so confident that you and your Pup will thrive in this course that I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! CANCELLATION POLICY

48-Hour Cancellation Notice Before Start of Week 1

Full Refund Eligibility: 

  • Provide written notice no later than 48-hours prior to your chosen Week 1 start date and time.

If for any reason you need to cancel the entire course, to ensure you receive a full refund, please provide written notice at least 48 hours before your scheduled Week 1 start date and time.  This helps me offer your spot to a team on the waiting list and keeps things running smoothly since we have limited spots available for each class session. Cancellation Policy

Less than 48-Hour Cancellation Notice Before Start of Week 1

Full Refund Eligibility: 

  • Provide written notice as soon as possible

  • Can be substituted with a new Pup & Pet Parent team prior to the start of Week 1.

Once Week 1 has commenced, your spot cannot be substituted.  Nevertheless, I will make every effort to find a replacement using all available resources before Week 1 begins. If a replacement is found, I will gladly issue a full refund.  If your spot cannot be replaced, I regret that I cannot provide a full refund without incurring financial losses. Nonetheless, I will collaborate with you to reschedule your start date and time to better suit your needs, or explore options for a partial refund.

Zero Refund Eligibility – Week 2 & Beyond  

After the start of Week 2 and beyond, your spot can no longer be replaced and thus ineligible to receive either a full or partial refund.  No exceptions.

Zero Refund Eligibility – No Shows

To ensure we can provide optimal service and accommodate all clients, no-shows will result in a full charge, and no refunds will be issued.
