Book your preferred Week 1 class date and time to secure your place in the course. No payment information is required when you register.

Step 2: Attend Your Risk-Free Week 1 Class

Experience the course firsthand and see if it's the right fit for you and your pup before making any financial commitment.

Step 3: Decide Whether to Continue

After your Week 1 class, you'll have two options:

Continue Your Training Journey
Book your preferred Week 2 class, and the credit card on file will be charged for the remainder of the course.

OR

Withdraw Risk-Free
If you decide the course isn't the right fit, simply withdraw any time before the start of your Week 2 class. You won't be charged anything—no questions asked.

Important Refund & Attendance Policies

 

No Refund Eligibility After Week 2 Begins

Your training spot is reserved exclusively for you. Once your Week 2 class begins, your reserved space can no longer be offered to another student.

 

For this reason, all course fees become non-refundable after the start of Week 2. No full or partial refunds will be issued after this point.

 

No Refunds for Missed Classes or No-Shows

To provide the highest level of service and ensure availability for all pet parents, missed classes and no-shows are non-refundable.

 

If you fail to attend a scheduled class without providing the required notice, the session will be forfeited, and no refund, credit, or make-up session will be provided.
