Service Description
Build the foundation for a well-mannered, confident dog with this 5-week private training course. Using positive reinforcement methods, you'll learn essential real-world skills including mastery of loose leash walking, eliminating public distractions & triggers, sit, recall, place training, and impulse control. Each personalized session includes hands-on coaching, step-by-step instruction, and take-home cue cards to help you succeed at home.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing **101 Pet Parenting!** My goal is to provide every client with a personalized, professional training experience while respecting everyone's time. Booking Your Sessions The 101 Pet Parenting Course includes **five (5) private 90-minute sessions**. You may schedule all sessions in advance or book one session at a time as you progress. Sessions do not need to be consecutive, allowing you to train at a pace that works best for you and your dog. Risk-Free Week 1 Reserve your Week 1 session with **no payment required**. After your first session, you may continue with the course or simply choose not to schedule Week 2. If you decide the program isn't the right fit before Week 2, you owe nothing. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled **up to 24 hours before** your scheduled session, subject to availability. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled with less than **24 hours' notice** or missed without notice may be forfeited and counted as a completed session. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or severe weather at the trainer's discretion. Arrival Time Please arrive a few minutes early so your session can begin on time. Late arrivals will receive the remaining scheduled training time. Refund Policy Because private appointments reserve exclusive time for you and your dog, **all course fees become non-refundable once Week 2 begins**. Missed sessions, late cancellations, and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits. This policy reflects your reserved training time and limited appointment availability. Trainer Cancellations If I need to reschedule due to illness, weather, or an unforeseen emergency, your session will be moved to the next available appointment at no additional charge. Questions?
